Opened in 2016 and serving our beloved West Des Moines community since 2017, Pho Shobu is the realization of a lifelong dream. We wanted to create a place where families, friends, and food lovers could gather and feel right at home.

What makes us truly unique is our trio of cuisines. We celebrate the fragrant herbs of Vietnamese dishes, the bold harmonious spices of Thai cooking, and the delicate precision of fresh Sushi.
